No Leasing Fee Until Rented

We ensure that every step of our process is completed before charging the leasing fee. That means, move out inspection completed, property cleaning and maintenance before new tenant move-in, acquiring a highly qualified tenant, all deposits and associated tenant fees paid and final move-in inspection finalized.

Our maintenance department (Landmark Maintenance Services) is available 24/7 for your after hours Emergency needs such as fire, a/c, flood, etc. Any other maintenance requests can be submitted via your account portal online!

Our in-house, licensed contractors have what it takes to service your property for all necessary maintenance needs. Whether it's general repairs, HVAC, plumbing, painting, etc. We're 110% confident in our contractors and stand by their outstanding commitment to maintaining each and every property.

Tenant Screening - Credit & Background Checks

We put all of our applicants through an extensive verification process which includes credit checks, background checks, employment checks, and rental history verification.  Our team looks into anything that stands out as questionable.  This is very important part of the process, because by placing the most qualified tenant in your property, your chances of having the property returned in poor condition are greatly minimized

Quarterly Inspections

In order for a property to be effectively cared for, every property needs consistent attention through thorough inspections. We perform quarterly inspections, to which the inspector creates a report on the condition of the property. The report contains photos of the interior and exterior of the property. When needed, the A/C filter(s) will be changed to ensure that the A/C unit is being properly cared for. Upon completion of the inspection, the informative report is turned over to the assigned Firebird Housing property manager. The information is reviewed and documented, then sent to the owner by email to keep them updated on the condition of their property. We encourage each of our owners to utilize this quarterly inspection service as the owner has the option to choose how often they want inspections on their property.

From a mobile phone, tablet or desktop, you have 24/7 access to your account portal anytime, anywhere. With real time updates regarding your property, you're always kept in the loop! From your portal, you can access all information regarding your billing and payment management, reports and documentation, as well as the status of work orders, just to name a few.
