In order for your multi-family property to be effectively cared for, every property needs consistent attention through thorough inspections. We perform quarterly inspections, to which the inspector creates a report on the condition of the property. The report contains photos of the interior and exterior of the property. When needed, the A/C filter(s) will be changed to ensure that the A/C unit is being properly cared for. Upon completion of the inspection, the informative report is turned over to the assigned Firebird Housing property manager. The information is reviewed and documented, then sent to the owner by email to keep them updated on the condition of their property. We encourage each of our owners to utilize this quarterly inspection service as the owner has the option to choose how often they want inspections on their property.
